Since it's designed specifically as a mask, instead of the usual gauze-like material, it uses an oxygen gel fabric that's thick and slightly slippery, similar to a collagen pack. This fabric retains the essence exceptionally well, allowing you to feel the moisture throughout the entire masking session.

The essence has a slightly viscous texture, but it's not overly sticky or off-putting, making it universally appealing.

I bought these thinking they were toner pads, but they're actually meant for masking. They're too slippery to use as exfoliating toner pads. While I use them frequently with great results, there are times when my skin feels a tingling sensation, especially on days when I've been exposed to cold winds. It's probably best to avoid using them when your skin is particularly sensitive. The price point is also a bit steep.

I loved that the pads didn't dry out while using them. I often get blemishes on my cheeks, but when I put this on, they were significantly reduced by the next day. I'm satisfied that it prevents new breakouts from appearing too!
