The downside is that it's sticky. It feels particularly sticky compared to other aloe products. It might be a bit challenging to apply makeup after using this.

After using a cleansing oil incorrectly and my face broke out, I applied only this aloe for a few days and it completely healed! The effects of aloe are truly amazing. Since I have combination dehydrated skin, layering this a few times didn't make my face feel tight, which was great.
