Great for my normal-to-dry skin type.
ConsIt doesn't absorb well, has an unpleasant scent, and feels a bit oily. Might be hit or miss for some people.

Especially beneficial for dry skin types. The generous amount is a plus too.
ConsHowever, it feels a bit oily, but in a way that sits on top of the skin rather than absorbing. Because of this, the hydration effect seems somewhat less effective.

When applying, you can feel its nourishing quality and it has a rich texture. After application, your skin feels comfortable! I usually prefer creams that strengthen the skin barrier at night, but this one seems suitable for daily use as well.
ConsIt feels like it sits slightly on top of the skin, so you need to spend more time massaging it in compared to other creams. The oil and moisture balance was a bit disappointing for me.
TipI recommend using plenty of toner and serum in the previous steps! Squeeze some onto your fingertips, then gently pat it onto one area of your face before smoothly spreading it. Since it has a rich texture, if you try to rub it in immediately after squeezing it out, it might not apply evenly.

At times, I even experience contact dermatitis on my cheeks. That's why I'm quite particular about skincare ingredients. I typically opt for gentle products, especially those containing allantoin or panthenol. I noticed the Dr. Oracle Ceramide Cream was on sale on Hwahae. After checking the ingredients, I saw it contained ceramides for barrier strengthening, and the overall formulation looked good, so I decided to purchase it. ✔️Packaging and Scent It comes in a standard tube, which is easy to use. I appreciated that the packaging is recyclable. As for the scent... well, at first, there's a slight chemical smell that makes you go 'Huh?'. However, it's not overpowering, and even for someone sensitive to fragrances like me, it wasn't bothersome. But I can't say I love it - it's more like I can tolerate it. ✔️Texture and Application The texture is quite thick. It's essential to use this as the last step in your skincare routine. While the consistency might feel a bit heavy to spread initially, it actually glides on smoothly. I usually spread it evenly and then pat it in thoroughly for better absorption. ✔️Absorption Being a rich cream, it does feel slightly like it's sitting on top of the skin. It has a somewhat oily feel, which contributes to this sensation. However, I found that it does absorb well if you take the time to pat it in properly. Sometimes, I mix it with a bit of the brand's retinol cream, which works well together. I plan to continue using it regularly. ✔️Hydration and Effectiveness While the hydration isn't top-tier, it's definitely moisturizing. Given its rich texture, it's important to properly prep your skin with previous skincare steps before applying. The effects were satisfactory - I feel I got good value for the discounted price. Notably, when I applied it during times my skin was feeling sensitive, it provided some soothing relief. The results aren't immediate, but with consistent use, I noticed a reduction in skin sensitivity.
ConsIf I had to nitpick, I'd say the scent could be improved. I'd prefer if it were closer to being fragrance-free. Also, it can feel a bit like it's sitting on top of the skin. I'm not sure if it's due to the oil content, but there's a slight sensation of it not fully absorbing.
TipGiven the thick consistency, I recommend spreading it slowly and then patting it in thoroughly for better absorption. Even those with super sensitive skin can use this without worrying about the ingredients!

Though it might be challenging to use in summer, I'd recommend it for dry skin types during spring and fall. The ingredients are good quality and gentle on the skin!
ConsFor those with dry skin, you'll need to reapply after 2-3 hours in winter as it dries out. There's a slight oiliness that doesn't absorb well, making it not ideal for layering. The absorption is slow, and it feels neither particularly hydrating nor moisturizing. The texture tends to cause pilling when you apply makeup over it. While it's too light for a night cream in winter, it's not quite right for daytime use either.
