It doesn't seem to be waterproof. If you don't set your under-eye area with powder, it tends to smudge a bit. Also, the brush is on the larger side, which can make it challenging to apply precisely.

The brush is full and there's plenty of mascara formula, so it applies with great volume. It's not so much about a clean application, but rather suits a full makeup look when you've put in extra effort. The color is vivid, and it curls lashes adequately. I noticed it looks incredibly voluminous when applied after using partial false lashes and an eyelash curler, rather than on bare lashes.
