So I used to cleanse my face with a gentle baby soap or just rinse with water in the morning. Foam cleansers were kind of a no-go (?) for me. Honestly, even when I was selected for the Hwahae Trial Reviewer, I didn't have high expectations ㅋㅋㅋㅋ But! But, you know!! This product was completely different from the other products I normally used. After cleansing, it wasn't squeaky-clean but rather moisturized and non-drying. For an extremely dry-skinned person, it was a total 'Eureka!' moment! Normally, I just use sunscreen, eyeshadow, and eyeliner. I don't do heavy makeup. So I needed a product that was gentle and had just the right cleansing power, and this foam cleanser removed everything - even my waterproof eyeliner! I had to rub my eyes a bit to remove it, but there was no stinging or discomfort. That's when I realized again how gentle this product is~ Anyway, on days when I do heavier makeup, I use a cleansing oil or eye makeup remover for the first cleanse, so I don't need an overly strong cleansing product.
