To use, take a thumbnail-sized amount of the product, add a little water, and gently roll it over your face! After cleansing, your skin feels incredibly soft. It seems to remove dead skin cells effectively without any irritation!

You can use this product alone without a separate cleansing foam and still get a thorough cleanse.

- Based on others' photos, it seems my product might be an issue, but compared to other Fresh Cleansers, it feels quite crumbly. It doesn't clump together, so even when portioned into small balls, it falls apart.
- The scent might be divisive? It's like a mix of various herbs. Personally, I don't mind it.

When used in the shower, I found that no additional post-cleansing routine was necessary.

Being a natural product, it has a shorter shelf life, so you need to use it diligently. For those with super sensitive skin, it might be too intense for daily use.

Regardless of how well it works, the smell is... While showering, I thought I was exfoliating with vegetables! It has this scent of green onions or salad greens that's quite overwhelming when you're trying to wash your face. Also, the expiration date is way too short. I think the smaller size might be more convenient for people to use up in time!

I have super sensitive and dry skin, so my face tends to crack and go crazy in winter. I tried this for the first time yesterday. After mixing it with water and scrubbing, my face immediately turned red and blotchy, so I slathered on a ton of moisturizer before bed. By morning, the redness had subsided, but I'll have to check later if the dead skin cells have actually been removed. Given my skin type, I probably won't be able to use this often. Maybe once a week?

Make sure to use an adequate amount and wet your face properly before applying. Otherwise, the product might fall off your face and turn your sink into a green mess!

If you don't rinse thoroughly after cleansing, you might find some green particles left on your face when you dry off with a towel. Also, I was told by a staff member that it doesn't remove makeup completely. One major drawback is the short shelf life of only 3 months. Given the amount of product, it's unlikely I'll use it all before it expires. I'd consider repurchasing if they either reduced the quantity or extended the shelf life.

However, after rinsing, my skin felt surprisingly hydrated, which was quite impressive! It doesn't leave your skin feeling overly dry or squeaky clean, making it comfortable to use.
