I have combination dehydrated, blemish-prone skin!! The formula has a rich, blue-tinted appearance due to the azulene ingredient! I used this when my skin was irritated or dry, to help lock in hydration. It doesn't feel heavy when applied, but rather melts slightly and absorbs thinly into the skin! With my super sensitive, blemish-prone skin that usually reacts badly to unsuitable products, this caused no irritation and seemed to reduce redness! It also worked well when applied thickly to areas with severe dryness or tingling. Since it doesn't feel oily, I think even those with oily skin would enjoy using it.
