As someone with oily skin, I loved how lightweight it felt. It seems perfect for summer use. It's not bad at all, pretty decent overall.
ConsAlthough it's marketed as an all-in-one product, it falls short on hydration when used alone. It's such a light product that you need to pair it with a serum or ampoule. Even with my oily skin, I found it lacking in moisture. Using this alone led to deep dryness and, ironically, increased oil production, resulting in a greasy mess. It also occasionally left me with blemishes.
TipNot recommended for those with dry skin. While it's an all-in-one, it can't be used on its own. You need to use it alongside a serum or ampoule.

It applies smoothly and seems to control sebum well. There's minimal greasiness, and it absorbs quickly!
ConsHowever, it feels a bit lacking in hydration and has a slight oiliness. I wish it provided more moisture! It's a shame it doesn't have whitening and anti-wrinkle benefits.
TipA convenient all-in-one that absorbs quickly while controlling sebum! Your skin improves thanks to its ability to refine skin texture!

Convenience The biggest advantage of an all-in-one product is its simplicity. 2. Perfect for summer The lightweight and thin texture makes it ideal for applying during hot weather
Cons1. Moisturizing effect is too light It seems difficult to use outside of summer. I was planning to take it to boot camp, but I gave up on that idea. 2. Oil content OK, hydration NO It feels like a cream for oily skin in terms of oil content, but there's no noticeable hydration. It gives the impression of just coating the surface of the skin

I used to frequently use the Dokdo Skin and Emulsion, but felt something was lacking, so I switched all my basics to Torriden. Thank you for giving me another chance to try this through the Hwahae Testers program. Gentle on skin: Previously, I tried Dr.G Blemish Clear Soothing Cream for my oily skin, but it caused a severe reaction. However, after using this product for a week, I experienced no skin irritation at all. The Dokdo series has always been known for its gentleness, and this time was no exception - no blemishes appeared. Convenient to use: As an all-in-one product, it's very user-friendly. The pump bottle makes application easy - just two or three pumps and you're done. Highly recommended for those who prefer a simple routine. The pump design is really convenient compared to Torriden products that often have screw-top lids. Low oil content: Right after application, there's a slight oily feel, but once absorbed, there's no greasiness at all. However, after a while, some oiliness does surface. This might indicate that the oil and moisture balance isn't quite perfect. When using this product, I need to blot with Innisfree oil blotting sheets about three times a day, which is a bit inconvenient. Absorbs well: There's no pilling when applying, and it feels like it adheres well to the skin. After application, my skin feels very smooth and refined. It's really easy to apply, and the scent is close to fragrance-free, which is totally my preference.
ConsHydration is questionable: Shouldn't an all-in-one product be sufficient on its own? The lack of hydration seems to lead to an unavoidable oily feeling. I tried using it alone at first but had to give up. It felt like my face might break out due to dryness. Even when I applied it after my usual Torriden skin essence, it still felt somewhat lacking. Do I need to add a cream on top?
TipFor those with combination dehydrated or dry skin, additional products like toners or essences seem necessary. But then, why use an all-in-one product if you need to add more? I would strongly recommend this for oily skin types, especially during summer.
