Pros
The swatch is almost identical to the tint package color! True to its name as a blurring tint, it really applies softly and smoothly. Among matte tints, there were many that had an ambiguous swatch that made the lips flake, but this one doesn't do that at all, so I think I'll stick with it.
Cons
There seems to be a bit of transfer, but some tints are like that, so you can use them while keeping that in mind.
Tip
A single color may look lovely, but if you desire a glossy color effect, you can layer it with the Too Cool for School Glossy Tint for a great result. 🧡

The name alone suggests a 'blurred' tint, doesn't it? It applies smoothly, like it's spreading out. The application is really nice. It seems they wanted to emphasize that blurred effect. Even though it's a matte tint, I didn't really feel like it emphasized the flakes on my lips. And while the official website showed the colors as quite deep, they're not actually that dark in real life. I haven't had my personal colors diagnosed, so I can't say for sure, but when I wear it, it looks natural, like my natural lip color. That's why I used it as an accent, layering it with other colors. It's a daily essential.
Cons
I'm not sure if it's due to the unique texture or just a characteristic of matte tints, but it does transfer quite a bit. When I drank from a paper cup, the tint stain was left behind.

I applied Geukkul Bright as a base. My senior said my lip color looks pretty, so I asked for information.

Apply lip balm first, then use Mobishe - there will be no visible flakes, and the color will suit anyone with a cool skin tone!

There was a bit of transfer, which was a bit disappointing, but overall it was quite nice.

I found that applying it only to the inner part and spreading it to the edges with my fingers looked the prettiest to me.

This has been my absolute favorite lip product lately! It's beautiful when worn alone and also looks gorgeous as a base. It's not overly cool-toned, so it's usable for warm-toned individuals as well!! There's absolutely no accentuation of flakiness, it's just perfect!

There's some transfer and the staying power is a bit disappointing

This is perfect for summer muted tones. Just apply it to your lips and dab on some blush, and you'll look beautiful.
