The Blurplifier lives up to its name, beautifully filling in the fine lines between the lips. It applies smoothly and finishes with a matte look, and the fragrance is pleasant, making it enjoyable to apply. While I do enjoy hydrating tints, this product's lovely expression makes it irresistible!
Cons
I've tried using it since it's well known for its cool tones, but I think it's a pretty color for pale skin..!! It looks a bit too bright on me ㅠㅠ Mixing it with a cool rose-up helped a bit!
Tip

💗Review💗 Rom&nd Blur Fudge Tint ☁️It's a completely matte velvet-type tint with no residual shine. ☁️It applies smoothly and softly without clumping. ☁️The color payoff is almost identical to the package color. ☁️There's no staining or bleeding. ☁️It fills in wrinkles well and has good color adhesion! ☁️Due to the formula, there is some transfer, though. ㅠㅠ ☁️It has a sweet chocolate-like scent. A vivid fuchsia pink red color ❤️ ❤️(Energetic Bright Series) 11 Fuchsia Vibe is a very vibrant fuchsia pink red color. It feels like a refreshing fruit ice cream in the summertime ㅎㅎ Cooler-toned/Bright skin types will have their faces light up like a fluorescent light when they wear this :) ❤️I compared it to Peripera Ink The Velvet AD 19 Nasim Jeogeop! Nasim Jeogeop was a fuchsia color with more red tones. Since it's summer, I'm craving a bold color ㅋㅋ So I mustered up the courage to purchase the Fuchsia Vibe color that I had been hesitating over for a long time! I used to worry, 'How do I apply such a vivid color? Won't my lips just float around?' But when I actually tried it on, oh my, it suits me so well ㅠㅠ It brightens up my face and brings so much vibrant charm, like a friend overflowing with lively energy ㅎㅎ Compared to Rom&nd's other matte tint Zero Velvet Tint, the Zero Velvet Tint applied more oily and had more color transfer. This Blur Fudge Tint seems like an upgraded version of the Zero Velvet Tint. This summer, I recommend this color to cooler-toned/Bright skin types who want to recharge their face with a fresh glow. You won't regret it :)

The downside is that since it's a velvet formula, it does get a bit drying over time ㅠㅠ Lip balm is a must!
Tip
I use this color both on its own and as a pop of color! My recommendation is to apply the (Rainy Over Shade Series) 14 Unrose as the base, and then put this Fuchsia Vibe in the center to create a bright red lip!

I think I was told that the Peekul diagnosis was Gyeokul Bright! If it's Gyeokul, I think it's a color that won't clash. It has a velvet feel, so it applies smoothly and doesn't accentuate flaky skin. As a tint nomad, I've been looking for different ones, and this is my third purchase👐🏻
Cons
Compared to other tints, I feel like the amount is a little less? It wipes off easily, so I feel like I've been using it up really quickly.

This is a great recommended product! Although it's a matte formula, the application is very smooth. It applies smoothly without any clumping. It works great even in the winter! 👍 Unlike other matte products, this tint doesn't emphasize flaky skin when applied on dry lips. There is a slight staining effect, but the color stays quite similar. I think the best feature of this tint is the smooth application. It glides on so softly without any heavy or sticky feeling.
Cons
The color is quite vibrant, so it would probably suit those with a cooler skin tone better. For those with a warmer skin tone, the color might be too intense. However, if you don't prefer overly bold lip colors, you could try a different shade of the same product. The product itself is still great overall.
Tip
Personally, I found that using this product alone looks nicer than mixing it with other lip products. When doing an overlip look, it's better to use a lighter product instead of this one, so it doesn't look too heavy.

The color was very vivid and saturated, so even if it faded, it could maintain a healthy glow. As it is a Rom&nd product, the fragrance was not unpleasant, and the application was quite smooth. The design was also pleasantly pretty.

This is the tint of my life. I always buy and try different tints because I love tints, but I haven't found a product that surpasses this one in terms of spreadability, beautiful expression, pigmentation, and adhesion to the lips. If you're a cool-toned person, you won't regret stocking up on cool-toned items. I plan to get one every time it runs out (૭ ᐕ)૭ It's a bit blurry and wears off, but it's still beautifully expressed, and I don't need lip balm. Even when it wears off, the pigmentation just gets a bit weaker, it doesn't disappear completely, and it fades away beautifully. And the tint product design is also super cute.
Cons
