This product is perfect for moisturizing after managing dead skin cells on your feet, whether it's during the dry spring, fall, and winter months, or in summer when your bare feet are exposed! You know how unsightly it looks when the skin on your heels or the calluses on your toes turn white and flaky? This solves that problem! It's not so much a downside as something you should know before buying: the formula is quite thick, so if you walk barefoot after applying it, you'll slip and leave marks on the floor. You absolutely must wear socks! However, I find wearing socks to bed uncomfortable, so I've never managed to keep them on for more than 10 minutes at a time. The product works hard to combat dry, flaky skin on the feet, especially in areas prone to dead skin cells buildup. It's particularly effective for maintaining smooth, hydrated feet year-round. However, due to its rich texture, it's best to apply it before bedtime and wear socks to allow for maximum absorption and to prevent any mess. For those who find sleeping with socks uncomfortable, even a short period of wear can help the product work its magic on your feet. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinMay 7, 2025
I was a foot cream nomad until I settled on this one! I've used other brands' foot creams, but they always left my feet dry and sticky, and I ended up throwing them away. However, since using the Medipeel foot cream, the cracks on my feet have reduced, and the hydration is excellent. I'm not tossing this one out - I'm using it well! While the hydration is good, the effects seem to wear off quickly... It feels like it doesn't last as long as I'd like. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 28, 2025
My dry, cracked heels become so moisturized overnight when I apply this before bed. I wake up to noticeably softer skin. I can't really think of any downsides. I'm using it with complete satisfaction. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 19, 2024
Winter used to be so stressful because of the dead skin cells on my heels, but I stumbled upon this at Olive Young and gave it a try. My rough heels are now so moisturized - it's great! The cream absorbs well, which is a plus. It contains 40,000ppm of urea, making it excellent for hydration. The included spatula allows for hygienic application. Unfortunately, you can't see results from just one use. It seems you need to apply it consistently morning and night for at least two weeks to see any effects. For best results, apply generously after showering, both morning and night, and wear sleep socks! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 3, 2024
The butter-like texture absorbs a bit slowly, but it's starting to soften the calluses on my heels that developed over the summer. I apply it, massage a bit, then put on compression stockings. By morning, I notice my skin getting progressively smoother. These days, I'm going the extra mile by applying it with vinyl gloves on! I also have some keratosis pilaris on my legs, so I've been applying it there too, and it's improved significantly. I'm really happy with how moisturizing it is! One downside is that since I have some calluses on my hands too, when I apply it with bare hands, it makes the dead skin cells on my hands peel off like onion layers. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 3, 2023
I bought this to apply on the calluses on my feet, and it absorbs really well. I love that it has a sorbet-like texture that's not too thick. The scent is pleasant and likely to be universally appealing. While it's not a medical treatment, so I didn't see dramatic results, it definitely provides excellent hydration. The jar packaging is a bit inconvenient to use, so I probably won't repurchase it.
