The scent is not too strong, which I like. When I apply it to acne that is healing, it seems to make it disappear quickly. The texture has a bit of a runny feel, but it applies well and isn't overly sticky. It also absorbs well into the skin. The product is quickly absorbed into the skin. I recommend this for acne-prone skin. I didn't see a huge effect personally, but a friend of mine who uses the full Red Set has found that her acne has significantly decreased, even if it hasn't gone away completely.

My acne isn't too severe, but it's been popping up more frequently lately, which is why I bought this. However, using it doesn't completely prevent new breakouts - they still appear, just smaller.
