My face feels soothed. When I wipe it following the grain of my skin, it doesn't feel irritated and it cleanses gently, like a double cleanse.
Cons
There's nothing really bad, but one time I accidentally got some essence(?) in my eye and it was so, so stinging. I'll have to be more careful when cleansing.

Immediate soothing seems to be fine. It seems better to use it in a cool state. I didn't use it as a toner.
