It has a subtle oolong tea fragrance. There is hardly any powder residue. The cleansing power also seems quite good. This enzyme cleanser seems suitable for exfoliating as well.
ConsNothing special. Since it's an enzyme powder wash, those who want a rich lather should use a cleansing foam instead.
TipFor exfoliation, work up a lather, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then rinse off for better results.

I've tried about 5 different powder washes, but this is the first time I've come across a product that is this gentle yet effective. The lather isn't as dense as some other powder products, but it's a soft, fine-textured foam. The scent is subtle and lovely, and the cleansing power is superior to other powder washes I've used. Thanks to its exfoliating effect, my skin feels incredibly smooth after cleansing.
ConsWith its mild acidity and this level of cleansing power, there's really nothing to complain about. I'd love to get my hands on it when the price is a little more affordable.

The transparent container allows you to see how much product is left and how much you've used. I prefer unscented products, but the subtle tea scent was not off-putting. This was my first time using a powder type, and I liked that there was no powder mess. Despite my skin being very dry, there was no dryness after cleansing, and it felt moisturized. The lather formed quite well. It cleansed effectively without any irritation.
ConsIt's difficult to dispense the product with one hand and open/close the lid with the other, so I'm worried the product will absorb moisture while I'm closing the lid after cleansing. Please consider changing it to a one-touch type... I had trouble determining the right amount to use - what is the proper dosage? I had to be very careful to ensure the product didn't all just wash away in the water.
TipIf you don't fully dissolve the product in your hands before using, you can get a light exfoliating effect. It dissolves quickly, so the effect isn't intense, but you can use it without any irritation.

(First impression when receiving the delivery) - The fragrance is nice and the powder dissolves really well in water!! - The basic cleansing power was satisfactory. (Everything except the stubborn mascara was removed ใ ใ )
Cons- The price range is a bit disappointing ใ - Having to twist the lid open is a bit inconvenient for daily use~!! - Point makeup doesn't come off easily, so the long-lasting mascara doesn't get removed either ใ ใ ก (It's highly recommended to remove point makeup first, and then use this as a secondary cleansing step!!!)
Tip- When using this product, you absolutely should NOT apply water to your face with makeup on ใ ใ ใ (I tried it and it didn't work well...) Apply the cleansing powder to a bare, dry face, add just a little water, and then cleanse ใ ใ

The faint aroma of black tea leaves and milk tea was pleasantly subtle. Even though it's a powder type, it dissolved well in cold water and created a smooth, non-irritating lather. Despite my sensitive, dry skin type, I found it to be gentle and non-irritating. The soft, creamy lather provided a smooth, refreshing cleansing experience. After rinsing with lukewarm water, my skin felt clean yet not tight or dry. I enjoy using enzyme powder washes, and the Clรฉ de Peau Beautรฉ Tsurugi Oolong Enzyme Powder Wash provided a gentle daily exfoliation that left my skin feeling smoother and more refined.
ConsThe lid is a twist-open type rather than a simple on/off, which feels slightly more cumbersome. However, this type may be better for storage.
TipI typically use a cleansing oil, followed by a foam cleanser, and then an enzyme powder wash. Mixing the Tsurugi Oolong Enzyme Powder Wash with the foam cleanser for a second cleansing step was convenient and effective. Using the Tsurugi Oolong Enzyme Powder Wash alone in the morning seemed to help my makeup apply better.

Compared to other cleansers, this one felt lighter and less burdensome to use. The foam wasn't super dense, but had a slightly fluffy texture, so I was initially worried it might not cleanse well, but it actually cleaned my skin quite nicely. The powder dissolved evenly and well. After use, my skin didn't feel stripped, but had a pleasant, slightly moisturized feel. The best part was the scent! With the oolong tea ingredients, it had a rich, milky tea aroma. It didn't smell artificial at all, just like a nice milky tea, which I think would work great as a body wash scent too. The fragrance is truly top-notch.
ConsThe price is a bit of a downside. I guess the oolong tea research and development drove up the cost, but it still feels a bit steep. Also, since it's a powder formula, even though I store it in a sealed container in the cabinet, the top layer starts clumping up a bit over time. So I just keep it in my room and take some with me whenever I use it.
TipIf you keep it in the bathroom, the humidity can cause the powder to clump up a bit, even if the container is tightly sealed. It's better to store it in a less humid area and just take out a small amount each time you use it.

Sunscreen or light makeup can be removed without irritation. After cleansing, the skin feels clean without excessive dryness, which I found to be the most appealing aspect.
ConsThe appropriate amount to use is not easily determined, and while there are no major drawbacks, the lack of exceptional features does not justify the relatively high price.

I tend to be serious about cleansing, and I'm currently using an enzyme powder cleanser from a dermatology clinic. I've tried various enzyme powder cleansers from other brands, and while they feel similar, I noticed a significant difference in terms of irritation level and cleansing power. The next key feature seems to be pore and sebum control. I'm glad they don't do Instagram advertising (haven't seen any yet/I think influencer marketing ultimately gets passed on to consumers in the price, which I don't like/I also can't trust the product performance). Anyway, with this product, the granules have been gentle and non-abrasive on my skin, so there's less irritation. I was worried the mild cleansing might mean weak performance, but it turned out to have excellent cleansing power too. For sebum control, I tried using it 4 days a week, taking a day off, then using it 1 day and taking 2 days off, and it seems like taking a day off after consecutive use works well. But this may vary by skin type. Overall, it's quite gentle while effectively controlling sebum.
ConsThose who like oolong tea seemed to have a good reaction, but for me, it wasn't bad but not good either - there seems to be some polarization. I prefer woody scents, so that might be why. The price also seems a bit high, which could be a concern.
TipYou can pour a little, just a few drops like from a dropper, into a cup or rubber pack massager to create some foam. The amount of cleanser powder is about the size of a 100-won coin, maybe 500-won coin worth. Then use that to do a facial pack. The dermatology clinic staff recommended this method, so I'm sharing it.

After thoroughly wetting the skin with enough water, the powder quickly dissolves and creates a nice lather. Gently rolling it on the skin not only cleanses but also exfoliates, leaving the skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth after makeup removal. Even after cleansing, the skin feels more supple than just clean, likely due to the moisturizing effects of the Tamra Oolong and enzyme ingredients. On days when I wore makeup, I used to have to double cleanse with cleansing oil and foam, but with this powder, a single cleanse is sufficient and my skin still feels nicely hydrated, which I'm very satisfied with.
ConsThe usage instructions for the packaging could be improved a bit. 1) Since I've tried using the appropriate amount multiple times, a small tip on the ideal single-use quantity would be helpful. 2) The lid detaches by twisting, so you have to be careful not to spill the powder when closing it back up. It would be even better if the lid was integrated in a way that doesn't require separate attachment.
TipRather than trying to fully dissolve the powder in your hands, it's more effective for removing nose area sebum to wet the skin first and then roll the powder on.

It's a pleasant scent that doesn't cause any aversion during cleansing. As I have sensitive and dry skin, I don't prefer strongly cleansing products. Most powder-type cleansers can be quite irritating, but this one can be used daily without any irritation. It lathers well, and even with a single cleanse, it thoroughly removes all makeup residue, leaving my skin clean. I also appreciate that the cleansing time is a bit shortened.
ConsThere's nothing disappointing about the product. However, when I received the item, the product packaging seemed excessively done. It would be great if the packaging could be reduced to be more environmentally friendly.
TipDispense a powder amount about the size of a 100-won coin onto your palm, add a small amount of water to moisten the powder, and then lather it up with your hands. Cleanse thoroughly, including the areas behind your ears and your neck. During seasonal changes, when you experience peeling and frequent sebum buildup in your pores, using this mild cleanser daily in the evening can help care for your pores and exfoliate. After cleansing, follow up with a hydrating essence and a moderately rich cream to properly manage your skin during seasonal transitions. For reference, I'm currently using the Esthe La Atobear Essence and the Ato Farm MLE Cream.
