When I apply it on dry skin, it feels a bit patchy. I think it would be better to use it after regularly exfoliating the dry skin.

Pros
I really liked the color and pigmentation, which were exactly what I wanted. Even though I have a lot of flakes and tend to be dry, the matte formula didn't emphasize the flakes too much, which was great.
Cons
Due to the matte product characteristics, it's difficult to reapply multiple times on days when my skin condition or lips are not in the best shape... (This is actually more of an issue with my own lips)
