Pros

If you have a cool-toned complexion, just go ahead and get it. The palette is a bit smaller and more delicate than I expected. The colors are just slightly muted, but the one in the middle of the top row has a bit more saturation than in the photo. The color payoff is decent. The lighter shades apply without being too overbearing, and the deeper shades become more intense and vibrant. I was a bit disappointed that the eyeshadow palettes I used to use had very sheer color payoff, but this one applies more pigmented, so I can even use it as an eyeliner substitute. The gray shade is great if you want to intensify your nose contouring. The shimmers are really pretty. They're not too overpowering, so they're great for everyday wear on the eyelids. If you have a cool skin tone, usually just do eyeshadow looks, and want to complete your eye makeup with just one palette, you should just get this one!

Cons

There's nothing missing. The color payoff is great, the colors are nice, the shimmers are nice, the longevity is great, everything is just great!
