The texture is truly fascinating - it's too hydrating to be called velvet, yet not quite glossy enough to be a true glow. It's a hybrid between glow and velvet. When applied, it feels moisturizing and plump, and over time, a dewy oil film emerges. This film isn't thick or heavy, but thin and lightweight. There's no stickiness, so even when you press your lips together, you won't feel any tackiness. The glow isn't an overwhelming dewy shine, but more of a subtle luminosity similar to other hydrating velvet tints. It doesn't transfer much either, with minimal transfer mainly on the inner lips, so the staying power is quite good. True to its hydrating velvet nature, it doesn't cause deep dryness or a shriveled look. Despite its moisturizing quality, it feels light, avoiding any sensation of heaviness or discomfort.
