I haven't used cushions much, so I'm not too familiar with them, but this one doesn't seem to make my skin too pale and it seems to suit my skin tone well. It gives a slight tone-up effect.

This was a product I used frequently in my early 20s. True to its name, it's a killer cover-up. It has excellent coverage. When I poked it with my finger, it was a bit thin, but after patting it a few times, it becomes matte.
Cons

It seemed to be good for my sensitive skin, and I liked how it applied thinly and made my skin look nice. It also seemed easy to control the coverage.
Cons
It was my first cushion, and while it applied thinly and gave a natural skin expression for summer, it was a bit too much for me to use in the fall and winter... it clung to dry areas and felt quite drying. Also, it emphasized pores a lot, so personally, I wasn't a big fan.
