The scent is plant-based, not overpowering but fresh and fragrant. It's subtle and doesn't linger, which actually adds to its natural appeal. While the texture might look firm in photos, it quickly becomes moisturizing when rubbed between hands and applied. It feels somewhat like towel-dried hair after shampooing - a sensation of moisture that stays put. There's a slight sheen to it. (Note: Don't apply too much, as it can make hair look greasy). The hold factor might be divisive, but it works well for longer hair (men's hair between 8-15cm). Above all, being eco-friendly and vegan, it's gentle on the scalp and hair, causing no irritation.
ConsThe hold could be better. While understandable due to the absence of harsh ingredients, it's worth noting that it works better for longer hair. Shorter styles (under 10cm) might find the hold insufficient. It's best to think of it as providing a natural, subtle hold rather than a strong one.
TipThis product works best when used in combination with other styling products rather than on its own. Its hold alone might not be enough for some. It seems to pair particularly well with hair sprays. For best results, apply to thoroughly dried hair rather than damp hair post-wash. This is because the product's natural shine can make wet hair appear overly greasy. Instead of applying a large amount at once, it's recommended to style in two stages: first to shape, then to finish (based on men's styling).
