Though it's called a cream, it feels more like an emulsion. I'm using it because I love the fragrance. As someone with dry skin, I find it a bit too light to use as a cream. Also, the ingredients aren't great. - xl*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 15, 2024
Despite what everyone says about Jo Malone body creams lacking hydration, it worked well for my dry skin! The fragrance lasts long, and the smaller sizes are reasonably priced, making it great for trying multiple scents! The absorption was disappointing. You have to massage it in several times before the white residue on your skin finally absorbs! - 20******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedOct 27, 2024
I had high expectations for this product since I loved the perfume so much. As expected, this cream also has an absolutely delightful scent. However, while the perfume had a lighter, more refreshing feel, the cream gives off a warmer, cozier vibe. I suppose this might be due to the richer texture of the cream. It provides decent hydration, which is nice and meets my expectations. I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive and prone to redness. My skin is particularly vulnerable to oils, heavy oil-based products, strong vitamin formulations, and alcohol. Pores have been a concern, but as I age, my skin's getting less oily and seems to be improving naturally (thank goodness!). My skin tends to break out when I use sunscreen, so I'm always on the lookout for non-allergenic options. So far, the recently launched blue-bottled Hera sunscreen seems to work best for me! Unfortunately, I'm the type whose lips react badly to Chanel and YSL lip products - they make my lips peel! Personally, I can't think of any downsides except for the price. Haha! - he*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsJan 18, 2024
The scent is subtle yet refreshing, striking a perfect balance between feminine and unisex. I love that it's not overpowering as a body emulsion. It's a versatile fragrance that works well for both men and women! As a body cream, it lacks in hydration. In fact, it feels like the product focuses more on the fragrance than moisturizing properties. While it has a creamy texture, it doesn't quite cut it for winter use - my skin still feels dry after application. - ja********Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 8, 2023
I received this as a gift, and at first I wasn't sure about the scent. But the more I use it, the more I appreciate its lovely fragrance. While it's marketed as a body cream, I'm not convinced about its moisturizing power. It feels more like a body perfume than a hydrating product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 10, 2022
The fragrance is absolutely divine... It's such a comforting and cozy scent. Being a cream, it seems to last longer than an emulsion. I love this scent so much that it's hard to find any downsides... I can't really think of anything I dislike about it.
