The next day when I'm out, around 3-4 PM, the hair around my face starts to get a bit greasy... If it's hot outside, it clumps up even faster. So I decided to try dry shampoo, and let me tell you: You can definitely feel your hair becoming instantly fresh and fluffy as soon as you spray it on. It even revives flat, lifeless volume. The cool temperature of the spray is refreshing too, lifting your mood. When you're in a rush to go out without time to wash your hair, or when you catch your reflection outside and feel self-conscious about looking unkempt... there's nothing better than this. I think it's far more important than most color cosmetics for maintaining hygiene and a clean appearance. Highly recommended!
ConsThe scent is too strong. I understand it needs to mask scalp odor without washing, but the fragrance is too artificial and one-dimensional for my taste. It's almost nauseating. You know how people usually become nose-blind to their own perfume? Well, with this I can constantly smell it wafting around my head. While it's better than having smelly hair... it's still a bit disappointing.
TipTo put it simply, it's like sprinkling scented powder on your hair to absorb oil and odor. So if you spray too much in one spot or too close, you'll end up with white clumps. Spray from a distance in short bursts (it's still plenty effective and fragrant). Spray, tousle, repeat, then finish with a brush. Be careful when wearing dark clothes, or you might end up with "snow" on your shoulders. It's safer to do your hair first, then get dressed. Also, be careful not to get it on your face. It's convenient to keep a large bottle at home and carry a travel-size for when you're out.
