It's pretty decent. It's a water-based toner. Good for exfoliating without much thought. Feels refreshing on hot days. It lacks hydration. Even after layering it 7 times, it just feels like I've applied water. On dry days, I need to follow up with a more hydrating toner. I use it as the first step right after cleansing, then follow up with a hydrating toner.
