It's decent. It's a water toner. It's good for just wiping off without any particular thought. On hot days, it feels refreshing and nice.
Cons
It lacks moisturizing power. Even after wiping it 7 times, it just feels like water was applied. On dry days, you have to use the moisturizing skin one more time.
Tip
If you use it as the first step after cleansing and then use the moisturizing skin one more time, the moisturizing skin seems to be absorbed better without feeling like it's just sitting on top.

One-line review: It's pretty good!! Price ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought it on sale and it was very cheap. If you're looking for a good value toner, I recommend it. 😉 Texture ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The watery texture makes it easy to use as a toner pack or cleansing toner. I'm using it as a cleansing toner!! Efficacy ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's not that it makes my skin incredibly good or anything, but my acne has gone down a bit. However, if you're looking for a toner with special functions, I wouldn't recommend this. Not recommended for: Those who want dramatic effects, those who don't like watery textures
