I'd say its absorption is the best among mineral sunscreens I've tried. While it can be removed fairly well with just a cleansing foam, for a thorough cleanse between applications, I'd recommend using a first cleanser.
ConsIt has terrible compatibility with the Aestura 365 Cream. If you apply this after Aestura, it pills up like dead skin cells and causes a major flake-fest.
TipInstead of applying a thick layer at once, it's better to pat on a small amount first, then follow up with another thin layer.

My complexion remained radiant even the next day.
ConsAfter trying the sample, I thought it was great and planned to buy it. However, by lunchtime the next day, I started developing folliculitis. When I use zinc-only sunscreens, I tend to get a lot of stubborn folliculitis on my cheeks that lasts for days. They claim it's non-nano, but I find that hard to believe. The white cast is too minimal... The brightening effect the next day might just be because it didn't wash off properly. If it were truly non-nano zinc, it should be fine, but I'm skeptical. I almost wish they had used a hybrid chemical-physical formula instead.
TipThis might be good for people who don't get blemishes easily and whose skin agrees with zinc-based products.

What's marketed as a 'moisturizing sunscreen' might as well be called 'oil sunscreen'. After half a day, my face is an oil slick with acne already threatening to appear. I've always known sunscreen was essential for anti-aging, but for my blemish-prone skin that develops dark spots easily, not wearing it seemed better than dealing with breakouts. So even in midsummer, I went without sunscreen, only to end up with what I fear might be sun spots. After spending all summer just using a parasol and then researching sunscreens intensively for three weeks once summer ended, I finally found what I was looking for. My ideal sunscreen criteria were: 1. Not unnecessarily burdening my skin daily with SPF 50+ when the difference in protection is minimal - this was likely the main cause of my breakouts. 2. Offering skincare benefits beyond just UV protection, since it's used daily. 3. Not causing blemishes despite claims of being moisturizing (which often means oil-slick inducing) or mattifying (which can lead to flaky skin and still cause acne). 4. Providing even skin tone correction. 5. Easy to remove - I'd rather wear makeup than double cleanse with oil and foam every day. This Dr. Comma sunscreen miraculously meets all these criteria. It's the only one I've found that does. Among all the sunscreens I've used, this causes the least blemishes. While it doesn't provide coverage, it does slightly even out skin tone and seems to have a primer effect, making skin look more youthful. It's easy to wash off. It doesn't dry out or crack the skin, nor does it leave an oily film - it's genuinely just right and fresh (though there's a slight feeling of inner dryness after some time). It applies smoothly. There's no fishy sunscreen smell, no eye irritation, and it doesn't trigger my allergies. It even has skincare benefits. Most importantly, it's not that dreaded SPF 50+! The PA++++ rating, which is crucial for preventing photoaging, is excellent. And it's gentle, with only a small amount of titanium dioxide added to the zinc oxide base.
ConsUpdate: After using it without issues for 3 days, on the 4th day, I developed two large, inflamed pimples on each cheek within minutes of application. Perhaps I'm just not meant to use sunscreen. It's bizarre how my skin texture became baby-soft, yet I simultaneously developed acne like a teenager. I wonder which ingredient caused this. Even wearing makeup doesn't cause this level of reaction.
