The embossed side feels a bit irritating when wiping my face. However, using the smoother backside is fine, but those with sensitive skin may still feel some discomfort. In my case, I only felt the irritation on the first day, and it was fine after that.

The best part was that the ampoule is really packed in. When you open the pad and check inside, it's really full, so I'm always surprised when I use it. It's so damp with the ampoule that I can use it very moisturizing. And it also works well for exfoliating, which I liked.
Cons
Since this is for exfoliating, when I tried it like a toner pack on my skin, it felt a bit stinging and itchy. Since it's an exfoliating pad, it's probably better to prepare a separate toner pad to use as a pack. And it seems the container is a bit flimsy when just using it at home - the lid is loose and doesn't close properly.
