ProsThe Instagram purchase review after one week of use
1. Spreadability
Even though I have extremely dry skin, the spreadability is good. It's not too thin or too thick, with a moderate and suitable spreadability. Personally, I found it to be more smooth to apply compared to foundation-type products.
2. Coverage
As it is a BB cream, it's difficult to expect high coverage. It seems to conceal light blemishes. However, it does not cover spots or dark blemishes. Redness is well covered. But freshly formed blemishes with redness are not concealed.
3. Adherence
There is a slight transfer. Transfer occurs with hands, puffs, and sponges. Regardless of the makeup tool used, there is always some transfer. When I wear this BB cream and put on a mask in the morning, the transfer is visible. There is also some creasing around the nose area.
4. Moisture
Compared to dewy foundation-type products, the moisture level is good. It can vary depending on the skincare routine, but excluding that, the moisture level is good. There is no tightness or excessive drying. While the face may get a bit drier and slightly accentuate dryness when the face heats up during daily activities, it is less noticeable compared to other products.
5. Longevity
There is some transfer, but the remaining coverage lasts well until the end of the day (around 10 hours). No additional touch-ups are needed.
Cons1. They say it is naturally tone-adjusted to match the skin tone, but it is not to that extent. It's just a light blemish correction, and it's a basic level of makeup with minimal effort.
2. They say it breaks down beautifully when it wears off, but it seems to be case-by-case. I'm just... okay with it.
3. Since it's a BB cream, you have to apply sunscreen. It's a bit awkward to apply sunscreen over the BB cream, so it's tricky to reapply sunscreen during the day.
TipIt's good to try it once, but it doesn't seem to be a lifelong item,,
