For point makeup like eyeliner, you'll need a separate removal step. It's not effective for removing heavy makeup in one go like cleansing oils or balms would be.

Skin feels moisturized without tightness after cleansing. It has a smooth, fluid texture like an emulsion, giving it a skincare-like feel. There's no irritation.

Even when used around the eyes for cleansing, there's no stinging or irritation.

While not necessarily budget-friendly, I highly recommend this for those who prefer a hydrating, gentle cleanser for light makeup like sunscreen, base, and eyeshadow.
