  I use it as Docto in the morning, as a mist right after showering, and as a toner pack in the evening. It's almost gone already! It's refreshing and non-irritating. For a while, I struggled with hormonal acne, closed comedones, and even pustules all over my face, but using this for morning and evening care really helped calm my skin. I think it was most effective in reducing redness. Also, I filled an empty mist bottle and sprayed it on my frequently dry elbows, knees, and back after showering. Just with this, my back acne disappeared and my skin became smooth.

  It can dry out easily, so I recommend it for oily skin types. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I'm only using it lightly as a toner pack, mist, or as the first step in my skincare routine for soothing purposes. You need to use other hydrating skincare products along with it to maintain moisture.

  I don't recommend using the mist bottle on your face as it doesn't spray a fine mist but comes out in clumps! When using as a toner pack, if it feels drying, try adding more toner midway through!
