I initially bought it for heat protection (for flat irons, curling wands, etc.). After washing, I spray it on, blow-dry, and then use styling tools. It provides heat protection simultaneously, so I use it frequently. I use it almost daily, so it runs out quicker than expected. As mentioned earlier, the only downside is the price and volume. Despite this, I plan to repurchase when it's on sale at Olive Young or elsewhere. After bleaching and dyeing my hair 4 times, it was seriously damaged. But since using Wonder Shield, my hair has become so soft!
