I thought it was a gentle product since it's soothing. But I don't buy or use face masks that have ingredients like butylene glycol or other '-thylene glycol' ingredients near the front of the ingredient list. (It's okay if they're in the middle to later part of the list, as that means the concentration is relatively lower.) Those are irritating ingredients for my skin... it makes my skin sting. I should have checked the ingredients when I bought it, but I just bought it because it was soothing, and then I was surprised when I saw the ingredient list while using it. Those problematic ingredients were quite high up on the list. I have sensitive skin, and I'm not super picky, but there are certain things I avoid as a hard line. I wish the ingredients were a bit gentler. I can't use it daily because it's a waste, but I'll occasionally take it out and use it. I likely won't buy it again, though.

Wow, it's so big! It's gentle and great for soothing. There's a lot of toner! The tweezers management is good! The cost-effectiveness is good! It's good for managing dead skin! (For oily, sensitive skin) Wow, it's so big! First of all, this feature was really impressive. I tried a cleansing pad once before, and I kept moving it around, applying it to the front and back of one cheek, thinking that was normal... Until I came across this huge pad. It really covers the entire cheek and even goes beyond the hairline. Considering my face is a bit on the smaller side, this is an absolutely massive size that can envelop the entire cheek. Gentle and great for soothing I've used toners before that are good for calming things like acne, and they were watery and really stung. But this one doesn't have that at all. As soon as I applied it, it felt so refreshing and the heat just dissipated, leaving a soothing sensation. A lot of toner Fundamentally, there's a lot of toner soaked into it. If you use too little toner, it can get rough, but this was really moisturizing. And there was still plenty of toner left over. I had an extremely dry skin condition. I always applied the pad after using toner and used it for 5-10 minutes!! After drinking alcohol, when I immediately put the soothing pad on my face, I could feel the burning sensation subsiding smoothly and the skin calming down, which was so great!
