As is typical of hair dye, it's quite harsh. The strong smell gave me a pounding headache during the coloring process, and my hair seems quite damaged as well. But I suppose I was prepared for that part..😭

The instructions say that for short hair, one bottle is enough, but for other lengths, you need to use 2-3 bottles.

In that case, wearing gloves and applying a small amount at a time with your hands works, and you can do the whole dye with just one bottle.
