Pros

My scalp gets dandruff flakes every day when I wash it, and my hair becomes stiff. I have to wash it every other day. It doesn't seem to be dry, but it's not oily either... Is this called combination hair? I'm not really sure. Even though I wash my hair every other day, people say they can't tell at all. And it's all-natural hair, with no coloring, bleaching, or perming. The scent: It has a forest-like fragrance. I don't particularly love this scent, but it's moderately refreshing and pleasant enough. The formula: Compared to the typical store-bought shampoos, it's a bit thinner, but it has more viscosity than the Witch's Factory shampoo I used before. The Witch's Factory shampoo would just flow down quickly, and I would end up wasting some, but this one isn't like that. Usage amount: I had to wash my hair every three days when I was sick with COVID-19, and the length reached my chest. Five pumps were enough to get a good clean. Lather: For a shampoo with good ingredients, the lather was very nice. It lathered better than the Witch's Factory one, so I didn't have to pump as much. Scalp irritation: There was no particular irritation. No pimples or anything. There was no dandruff immediately after washing. However, a little itchiness appeared the next day, but there was no white flaky buildup under my nails (which is quite surprising to me). Hair condition: I don't apply conditioner to my scalp, only from the mid-lengths down. The Lush violet shampoo I used before would leave my hair stiff like a broom, but this one was reasonably soft. After rinsing, my hair was soft and glossy. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I feel like I've found a great shampoo through this opportunity.

Cons

The volume: I was a bit disappointed by the small volume. I used a bit more than the regular store-bought shampoos, and it felt like it would run out too quickly. Other than the volume, everything else is great. Anti-hair loss effect: I'm not sure about this ㅠ But I think any shampoo would have a similar effect, so I didn't have high expectations for this in the first place. However, I did feel a cooling sensation, which might help lower scalp temperature during and after washing.
