  Pros

  The lightweight texture makes it easy to roll on and remove. It has a pleasant scent and doesn't feel overly rich, which I really appreciate.

  I can't think of any particular drawbacks. I actually like that it's not too thick or heavy.

  Pros

  As someone with sensitive skin, I chose this product. It emulsifies fairly well and I'm using it without any blemishes. It's also pretty effective at dissolving excess sebum.

  Cons

  The emulsification isn't as visibly dramatic as some other products, it's more subtle. Unlike thicker balms, this one tends to run down your arms as you're using it, so you need to keep wiping it off, which can be a bit of a hassle.

  Tip

  For men with dry, sensitive skin, I'd recommend using this only on days when you've applied sunscreen. On other days, just stick to a cleansing foam, or use this only on oily areas like the nose. Even low-irritation products can damage your skin barrier if overused. Personally, I'm prone to whiteheads, so I spend over a minute carefully massaging it into my nose area with my fingers.

  Compared to other oils, this one has an incredibly water-like texture. I was initially skeptical, but it turned out to be a product that rinses off cleanly without leaving any residue.

  It's October, and I've brought you a cleansing oil with my favorite texture. It's Anua's Houttuynia Cordata Pore Control Cleansing Oil. Anua's cleansing oil is known for its lightweight formula that's gentle enough for daily use and leaves a refreshing finish. Even those with sensitive or acne-prone skin like me can use it with confidence. No worries about blemishes! It's a cleansing oil that doesn't leave that typical heavy or residual feeling, which is great. Usually, with watery cleansing oils like this, I don't expect much in terms of blackhead or sebum control. However, Anua's Houttuynia Cordata cleansing oil performs surprisingly well for its watery consistency.
