Since this is my first time using it, I haven't noticed any disappointing aspects yet.
There don't seem to be many downsides.

The generous amount of ampoule made the pack not dry out during application, and after using the pack, my skin felt very moisturized, so I didn't need to apply anything else.

There were no major downsides to the face mask pack that I noticed.

The adhesive film feels nice as it clings snugly to the face.

When used before bedtime, layering it with the moisture ampoule used at home and then sleeping, the whitening effect is noticeable the next morning.
