It's amazing at making dry areas soft and smooth. When I apply it to my chin where dead skin cells appear due to dryness, they just disappear!
Cons
It's a bit too rich, so if I spread it over areas prone to blemishes, I notice some small breakouts the next day...

It looks super thick and like it wouldn't absorb well, but surprisingly it absorbs quite nicely. However...
Cons
Maybe because it contains ingredients that aren't great for oily skin, by the fifth day of use, while my skin didn't completely freak out, I started noticing tiny blemishes popping up here and there. Although it absorbs well, due to my oily skin type, it gets shiny pretty quickly. So I'll just use up what I have left. What a waste of money... Not recommended for oily skin. It feels like it would cause major pilling if used under makeup.
Tip
This seems like it would be great for those with dry skin...

There's absolutely nothing good about this. It doesn't even deserve a single star.

After using this, I developed redness that I'm still struggling with a year later. The skin issues have caused me so much stress. Even now, the redness makes me want to avoid people. My skin became bumpy, and I experienced a burning sensation. Please, just don't use it. I should have stopped when it first started burning and tingling, but I thought it was just an adjustment period and kept using it. My skin ended up in ruins. Absolutely do not use this. It had zero effect on blemishes. Instead of this, use products with good, gentle ingredients. Do a mild cleanse, use hydrating masks frequently, and apply skincare with gentle, non-irritating formulas - that will help reduce blemishes more. Drink plenty of water! Get enough sleep! Don't use harsh functional cosmetics like this. Stick to gentle products only!!! Many of the ingredients in this aren't even good.

The hydration was decent. Those with dry skin might find it suitable.
Cons
It was terrible! The cream was way too thick and oily, making my T-zone, sides of my nose, and under-eye area extremely greasy. It caused excessive sebum production and even more blackheads on my nose. My skin texture worsened... I tried using it as a base before makeup and nearly fainted - everything just pilled up and it was a disaster. I don't see how this is supposed to be good for blemishes at all. I feel like I've wasted my money and it's such a shame. I bought it because it was supposed to help with acne, but it actually made my skin worse. I was considering going to a dermatologist, but once I stopped using this cream, my skin improved dramatically. It caused a lot of texture issues, excess sebum, redness, and especially tons of tiny pimples popped up everywhere.
