As someone with monolids, I did a lot of research and discovered this through a YouTuber's recommendation. While there's a hint of redness, it's not overwhelming, so it doesn't make your eyes look puffy when used moderately. I can't compare the excess to other products, but it doesn't create a cloud of powder. Though it lacks intense colors, it's great for creating subtle shadows. I'd recommend this to fellow monolid beauties!
ConsEven the darkest shade isn't very intense, which is a bit disappointing. I'm at a loss for where to apply the large shimmer in the center on my eyes. When I put it on my eyelids, the large particles make my skin fold when I open my eyes, and it gets into them, causing a slight tingling sensation. (I tried it on my nails though, and it looks subtly beautiful, hehe!) I do use the shimmer in the top left corner quite often. Those fine shimmers are the best! But why the fragrance? It seems unnecessary...
TipThe brush seems convenient to use. For the center shimmer, I'd recommend applying it with your fingers since it doesn't pick up well with a brush. Even without eyeliner and despite the palette lacking dark colors, you can still create a complete eye look with just this palette. Pro tip: Try using the shimmers you don't use on your eyes as nail art! I usually use nail polish, but if you apply the shimmer shadow lightly on dry nails using a cotton swab and then 'seal' it with a clear polish, it creates a subtle and pretty effect!
