First of all, the best thing is the scent. It's a personal preference, but I really like the coconut scent when shampooing. Since I have a lot of grays and dye my hair frequently, my hair is quite damaged. After shampooing, my hair would get tangled and a lot of hair would fall out. But after using this shampoo, the amount of hair loss has decreased by about half. I still need to use it more, as I've only been using it for a little over 2 weeks, so I haven't seen any drastic effects yet. But my hair does seem to be falling out less.

**Excellent scalp care On weekdays, I wash my hair twice a day - before going to work and after coming home. My scalp is usually oily, and my hair becomes dull and rough from frequent washing.
