If you use it as a toner pack, you'll experience a cooling effect and some level of skin soothing.

While there aren't any major drawbacks, I wouldn't recommend this if you're expecting dramatic results. Also, it might not be suitable for those with very oily skin.

1. The texture is slightly sticky, but not excessively so. I'd recommend it to those who enjoy a more substantial feel, but not for those who prefer a lighter sensation on their skin.

2. It has a calming effect, though it's mild rather than dramatic. Don't expect miracles, but it does provide some soothing benefits.

3. It's non-irritating. Even with my super sensitive skin, I experienced absolutely no irritation. My skin has improved now, but when it was at its most sensitive, I must have gone through about four bottles of this toner.
