This is absolutely great. The color is really pretty and the pigmentation is amazing. I highly recommend it to Yeokkeumyut.
Cons
Other Perkals also suit well, but they would likely suit Mutes even better. When Lights apply them, they are somewhat unimpressive.

The color is absolutely gorgeous. It's not too bold, and it's possible to go for a natural look. But it also gives the impression that I've done a bit of makeup. It's a color that can be used all the way from warm spring to cool mute. It's similar to Bare Grape, but a bit brighter, with a Bare Grape-ish feel.
Cons
You count it too well. It seems to work really well after using it for a few weeks. The lid opens very smoothly, so you count it too well. That seems to be the biggest downside.

Hwahae Jeongseok-ip. Hwahae users are truly the best. The slightly lukewarm tone of Rom& is, well, whatever.

Summer mute is a calm and sophisticated natural mauve color that is good for daily use. There is no stickiness or yogurt-like phenomenon. Over time, it does not dry out and remains moisturized, making the lips comfortable. It looks pretty even when applied to a bare face, and it's easy to apply anytime, anywhere. The lasting power is not very long, so you have to reapply it often. The shine fades over time and disappears when blotted. The color payoff is only slightly left and washes off easily.

While it may not be a water tint, the formula was quite runny! But that meant the pigmentation was great, which I really liked!! It's the perfect muted summer color! For those with cooler skin tones, I think it would work well as a base with a bold lip as the focal point!!
Cons
The formulation was a bit runny, which was disappointing as it didn't cover the lip line as well as I had hoped.
Tip
Since lip line coverage is not sufficient, I recommend applying tint after using a lip pencil.
