There's nothing bad to say, nothing at all. There's a slight scent, but it's not bothersome enough to worry about.

I was too lazy to go to the salon for a dye job, so I tried this at home and it exceeded my expectations. There's hardly any damage to my hair texture, and the color turned out really pretty. I'll definitely be repurchasing this.

The first component comes in a tube, while the second is divided into two separate packages. Personally, I think it would be better if both components were in tube form. This would make it easier to control the amount used.

Usually with gray coverage dyes, I don't worry about visible lines since they match my natural hair color pretty well. However, this one seemed a shade lighter than expected. It's actually a bit brighter than the image shown on the package. I was disappointed that it created a noticeable line, especially at the roots where it appeared unusually bright. While the color itself was nice, it just didn't suit my particular hair color.

Despite being a cream hair dye, it's quite fluid, making it easy to apply and absorb gently into the hair. The absorbs well was the best feature. Regular cream dyes often feel stiff and tend to pull on your hair, don't they? This one has an emulsion-like consistency, so it was convenient to apply thoroughly using the included comb. It's great that it comes with everything you need - a pre-dye hair ampoule to protect your hair and a post-dye treatment balm - perfect for when you don't have anything else at home. It's so convenient to have it all in one package. The color lasted about 4 weeks after dyeing.

It would have been better if both the first and second components came in tube form. That's a bit disappointing.

There's not really anything to complain about, but for my thick hair that reaches my armpits, two bottles are slightly insufficient.

Using the hair ampoule before dyeing seems to have reduced damage. The night treatment also helps minimize damage after coloring. I mixed Ash Brown and Ash Milk Brown, resulting in a beautifully natural, toned-down shade.
