When you have acne, it's good to use these because the affected area doesn't get wet or have makeup on it, so there's no irritation to the wound. The adhesiveness also seems pretty good.
Cons
If you leave them on for a while and then take them off, there's a sticky residue left behind that's hard to remove even with cleansers. The really small ones also tend to fall off easily when washing, and larger wounds can sometimes happen. It would be great if there were a wider variety of sizes available.
