It's gentle and nice. I like Sol Therapy because it's not irritating. For a scrub, it's surprisingly soft.

The scent is reminiscent of old-fashioned cosmetics, as some have mentioned. I didn't mind it, but it's worth considering when you make your purchase.

It dissolves in water too quickly. If it accidentally gets wet, it turns into liquid almost instantly. However, if you scoop it out and apply it directly to your skin, it can be quite harsh.

Effectively removes dead skin cells. If you're gentle, it causes minimal irritation. For an even milder exfoliation, try dissolving it in water or warming it slightly with your body heat before scrubbing.

It has absolutely no effect on puffiness, and because it's salt-based, it stings too much. I think I'll have to switch to a sugar scrub instead.

As an exfoliating product, it does a great job at scrubbing. After use, my skin feels soft and smooth.

Since I'm using this for maintenance, I'm not sure how effective it is at removing dead skin cells.

Another brand is cheaper (also one I've used well), but I bought this product solely because it was supposed to have a pumpkin scent, which I absolutely love. When I opened it, it wasn't pumpkin-scented at all... It just smells like regular cosmetics. I'm so disappointed.

The particles are definitely fine. I didn't hesitate since it's a brand I've used before.
