When I swipe it on with a cotton pad, I can see it removing all the dust that was left on my face after cleansing, along with makeup residue and dead skin cells. It's especially noticeable in summer when sebum production is high, or during dusty seasons - the amount that comes off on the cotton pad is impressive. It's almost like a cleansing water in its effectiveness. Despite its power, it doesn't irritate my skin. The watery texture absorbs quickly without feeling sticky, leaving my skin feeling fresh. It does an excellent job of refining skin texture, leaving it smooth. I've been using this for nearly 20 years and have gone through countless bottles. I always stock up when I'm at the duty-free shop.
ConsWhile I love the watery texture that absorbs quickly and leaves skin feeling fresh, and I use it solely as an exfoliating toner, it might be a bit drying or insufficient for those with very dry skin. It seems more suitable for oily skin types, and it's a great toner for all skin types during summer.
