  Although it's a sleeping pack, I didn't feel much heaviness, so I used it almost daily. It's excellent for soothing and hydration. My skin is usually dry except in summer, but the next day my complexion feels noticeably improved. This will be incredibly useful during the dry transitional seasons or winter when skin tends to be parched.
