  This product is definitely moisturizing and has amazing hydrating power. After applying the product, I had a breakout and immediately went to the bathroom to wash my face (I scrubbed it really hard). But it remained incredibly moisturizing and hydrating afterwards. I have to admit the hydrating power is impressive.
