I really liked being able to choose the formula and additional ingredients that suit my skin type. After COVID-19, my skin has become extremely sensitive, and even the slightest presence of harmful ingredients or oiliness in a product causes my entire face to turn red and flush. In my case, I did not experience any such side effects with this product.
Cons
There is nothing particularly disappointing. If I had to choose one thing, it would be the short expiration date, but I feel that this is because the product is pure and free of harmful ingredients, so I have been applying it in multiple layers.

It felt like a personalized experience, and I felt like I was receiving individual care.
Cons
The pad and essence don't need to be separate. It's not in line with the current trend of being environmentally conscious. There were a lot of similar products like this, but they all sold out quickly, and this one doesn't have any distinguishing features or upgrades, which is disappointing. The contents were leaking during delivery, which raises some doubts about the stability. The usage experience was average. I don't have any intention to purchase it.
