In fact, I found that just using the oil alone was not enough, so I would always finish with a balm-type product like Vaseline. However, the Dabida oil blends well with creams, and I found that I didn't need to add that extra balm layer because the long-lasting inner moisture and protective barrier it provided were sufficient. The texture is a bit runny for an oil, but it glides smoothly when I drop it on the back of my hand. I use about 4 drops for my face, which is just right. It absorbs quite quickly too, so my hair doesn't get weighed down. I think I'll be able to use this product in the summer as well, as it doesn't feel heavy or stuffy at all!
ConsThe runny, fluid texture means you have to work quickly to spread it evenly. Also, if you apply it around the eyes, it can sting a bit.. Other oils don't cause any irritation even if they get in the eyes, but with this one, if even a little bit gets in, your eyes will water up.

But after mixing this oil with my usual moisturizer and applying it before bed, my skin feels quite hydrated in the morning. Those who sleep at a more typical room temperature might even feel even more moisturized than I do. At night, I've noticed the great effects, so in the mornings before work, I also mix a drop or two (any more and it can disrupt my makeup) into my Cica cream, and it definitely makes a difference. Even with the heater running a lot these days at the office and while driving, I don't feel as much dryness. By the time I get home, the hydration is still there, and my skin feels less fatigued compared to before using this product. I'm really pleased with the lasting hydration and the fact that it doesn't feel heavy or weigh down the skin. It's just the right balance that I love.
ConsDownsides: I don't really have any major downsides to mention. The only thing is that if it gets in your eyes, it stings a bit. For me, since I apply it generously around the under-eye area for the fine lines, it felt a little more stinging in that area.
TipI recommend mixing it with other products. Using it in combination works better for me than using it on its own - the oil blends more seamlessly into the skin.
