It provides noticeable hydration, and best of all, it's affordable enough to apply generously.
ConsThe moisturizing effect seems insufficient. I prefer eye creams with a rich feel that provide intense hydration, but this product lacks that richness. It feels more like applying a regular moisturizer. The texture is actually closer to a water-gel cream. Because of this, I'm not confident it will effectively prevent wrinkles.

To my surprise, it has a gel-cream texture that's incredibly hydrating! The feel is very similar to the soothing gel cream from the same line. Ingredients: I've always trusted and used It's Skin's licorice line, so naturally, it suited my skin well and didn't cause any blemishes. Volume and Price: It was on sale, and because it's so moisturizing, a little goes a long way compared to other eye creams. This makes the price feel even more reasonable for the volume. Great value for money! Makeup Compatibility: Some eye creams can cause makeup to smudge or mascara to smear, but this one is primarily focused on hydration, so I didn't experience any of those issues.
ConsSo-so: To be honest, I didn't notice any dramatic effects. I've always used eye creams simply because I was told to, so those looking for dramatic results might not be satisfied. Hydration-focused: While the texture is nice due to its focus on hydration rather than oil, I'm not sure if it maintains intense moisture for a long time. Please note that the formula has no oily feel at all.
TipI ran out of face cream, so I applied this all over my face. It was moisturizing, didn't cause any blemishes, and worked well! Recommended for early to mid-20s: Since it's a lighter formula, I'd recommend this more for those in their early to mid-20s rather than those in their 30s.
