I ordered two - one for a touch of color on my cheeks and another to apply before bed. The subtle tint is just perfect! While the hydration doesn't last as long as I'd like, considering the ingredients and price point, it's not bad at all. - sn********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 31, 2023
After using it for half a year, I personally found that the color suited me well and it was nicely moisturizing! Even though it's a lip balm, the color intensifies as you layer it, and since it's vegan, I felt reassured about the ingredients! At first, I felt a slight tingling sensation, but this seemed to fade with continued use..! Perhaps because it's a lip balm, it feels a bit soft. If you apply it when you have dead skin cells on your lips, it leaves marks on the balm that match the texture of the flaky skin. Even though I tried to use it carefully, with frequent use, the balm either melted or got mushy inside, and now it won't come out even when I twist it. - rk****Dry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 20, 2023
For sensitive skin prone to cheilitis, I'm satisfied with this product just because it doesn't cause my lips to become overly chapped. The scent is quite unique, but it doesn't bother me much. As I have a cool skin tone, I bought what seemed to be a cool-toned shade on the website, but it turned out to be completely warm-toned, which was a bit disappointing...! It's not extremely moisturizing, so applying a moisturizer before using this works well! - ch******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 22, 2023
The sleek product design and eco-friendly packaging show attention to even the smallest details. Ironically, when I first opened one, I didn't look carefully and accidentally peeled off the plastic label thinking it was necessary to open the cap. Now I have a forced transparent case! But removing the label actually made it easier to distinguish the colors. It would be nice if they varied the label background or font color for each shade to make them more distinguishable. Anyway, I appreciated the lack of excessive packaging and use of environmentally conscious materials. The lip balm feels oily but not suffocating. It's more suitable for daily, occasional use rather than intense nourishment. The Berry Rosie shade is a healthy rose color similar to natural lip tones - a versatile shade that would suit anyone, regardless of cool or warm undertones. I liked that it didn't look out of place when worn with a bare face. The apple mint ingredient isn't overpowering, but gives a subtle cooling sensation that I enjoyed (as a mint lip balm fan). While I wouldn't mind if the mint was stronger, the current subtle cooling effect is probably better for mass appeal. Unfortunately, the moisturizing effect doesn't last very long. After a while, your lips start to feel dry again. I wish the hydration would last longer. The lip balm falls a bit short in its primary role of keeping lips moisturized. I don't have any special tips, but this lip balm isn't suitable for applying before bed.
