However, it didn't quite manage to eliminate hair odor. I heard you can use dry shampoo to clean oil stains on clothes, so I tried it and it works great! I sprayed a generous amount of dry shampoo on the oily part, gently scraped off the hardened bits, added some dish soap, gently scrubbed with a toothbrush, and then put it in the wash. A few hours later, there was a slight scalp odor, but much less than before spraying, and my hair was still oil-free and feeling fresh. The effect is so good that on days when I'm running late and can't wash my hair, I always make sure to spray this before going out.
