This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. I have sensitive, blemish-prone skin. With its gentle ingredients, this product provides ample hydration during the dry autumn and winter seasons. I appreciated how it absorbs well without feeling sticky, leaving a fresh finish.

There's nothing I dislike about it. It's the most satisfying emulsion I've tested for The Hwahae Testers.

The pump dispenser makes it convenient to use, and I love that it's suitable for both face and body. The almost fragrance-free formula is a big plus. As someone with super sensitive skin, I had high hopes for this hydration-improving package. While testing for The Hwahae Testers, other skincare products caused blemishes, but with this one, my inflammatory acne visibly reduced the very next day. Although I couldn't apply it to my face after waxing, I continued using it on my body. It eliminated the dry feeling on my arms, and after about 7 weeks of use on my extremely dry calves (which used to look cracked like elderly skin when I lifted my legs), I noticed significant improvement. My skin feels less dry and looks healthier. I highly recommend this as a body emulsion, and it's the first product I've ever wanted to repurchase.

Apart from the rather high price point, this product is excellent in every way!

This product is truly fragrance-free, without the musty or stuffy scent often found in products that claim to be unscented. It's as close to scentless as you can get.

The packaging and container are both beautiful and luxurious, making it an excellent gift option.

There are no concerning ingredients, and it's non-irritating. As someone with super sensitive skin, I found it very comfortable to use.

It absorbs well and has excellent application. Both the absorbs and absorption are top-notch.

You can feel the hydration without any stickiness, and there's a rich feel that makes me want to use it in winter. I've found it works great when used as toner-Dermavera emulsion-cream instead of toner-essence-cream, or as toner-essence-Dermavera emulsion. It's not greasy, not drying, just perfect.

It has a slightly rich texture, so I'd recommend those with oily skin use only a small amount.

I always thought emulsions just sat on top of the skin without absorbing, so it had been ages since I last used an emulsion product. Perhaps because I didn't have high expectations, when I actually tried this one, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it felt. In fact, I grew to like it more and more as I continued using it.

The product comes in a pump bottle rather than a tube, which I found convenient for controlling the amount. It dispenses small quantities with each pump, making it easy to adjust how much you use. When applied, it spreads evenly without pilling and, unlike what I expected from an emulsion, it absorbs well into the skin. I appreciated that it didn't leave a floating or coated feeling on my skin.

As someone with dry, atopy-prone skin, I found the hydration level slightly insufficient on its own. However, I discovered a perfect routine: applying a mid-weight essence, followed by this emulsion as an intermediate moisture barrier, and then finishing with my usual cream. This combination provided even better hydration than using my cream alone.

This product is better suited for dry skin types rather than oily ones. Highly recommended for those with dry skin.

Skin Type:
I have combination dehydrated skin, leaning more towards dry with severe deep dryness. My skin gets particularly dry in winter. It's also sensitive with redness, small blemishes, blackheads, dark spots, and noticeable pores.

Packaging:
When I first opened the box, I was impressed by the careful packaging and the beautiful product design. I also appreciate that the container is transparent, making it easy to see how much product is left.

Texture:
It has a milky white color and a consistency similar to a thin emulsion.

Scent:
As someone sensitive to fragrances, I find strong scents challenging to use. This product seems unscented when applied to hands, but on the face, there's a very subtle fragrance that doesn't cause any discomfort during use.

Feel and Hydration:
I used it on both face and body. The absorption is slightly slow but not to the point of being inconvenient. Despite the cold weather causing dryness, it provided comfortable hydration without feeling heavy. My skin didn't feel dry even the next morning.

Blemishes:
Having extremely sensitive skin, I'm always concerned when trying new products. Happily, this one didn't cause any blemishes, irritation, or redness.

Overall Impression:
This is a gentle emulsion suitable for dry skin types or those with combination dehydrated skin leaning towards dry. It's likely more beneficial for use in winter than summer for those with combination dehydrated skin.

When you're feeling super lazy!! Or when you're exhausted and can barely manage to wash up!!! After using a toner pad, I apply this generously and go to sleep. Sometimes I even squeeze it directly onto the pad and pat it onto my skin. It's not exactly a pro tip, but it works for me!

It's not so much a drawback as it might be an issue depending on your skin type. Those with extremely dry skin might need to apply an additional cream to boost hydration. Also, given the large size, I expected it to be somewhat pricey, but it's even more expensive than I thought.

With the changing seasons and extreme temperature fluctuations, I've been going through cycles of freezing and thawing in the cold wind. My skin was getting dry, sensitive, and my hands were turning red and dark from the cold. I was hesitant to switch skincare products while preparing for my wedding photoshoot, but this product is truly gentle and moisturizing, plus it comes in a large size! Thanks to it, I was able to complete the photoshoot without any blemishes. The texture isn't just watery, but has a consistency between an emulsion and a cream. It was convenient to apply just this one product after my toner and serum. (Note that the photo shows how it looks when holding your hand vertically.) Despite this, it absorbs really well with a milky finish.

The only downside is that when pumping, sometimes the product shoots out too far, or occasionally nothing comes out on the first press, requiring multiple attempts. It would be great if they could improve the pump mechanism.

My skin tends to be dry, so I always apply body cream even in summer. As the seasons changed, I finished my previous body cream and decided to try Dermavera Calming Cream.

I had been using Physiogel before, but Dermavera has a richer texture that feels more deeply hydrating.

Physiogel had a distinct waxy scent, but Dermavera, probably due to its natural ingredients, is fragrance-free and seems more trustworthy. It would likely be suitable for babies too.

Although it's a cream that can be used on both face and body, I didn't apply it to my face as the texture is quite rich. After using it for 7 days, I found myself wanting to continue using it.

While Physiogel was thinner and absorbed quickly, Dermavera, despite its richer consistency, still absorbs well and quickly, so there were no concerns.

It's gentle and comfortable to use, with no irritation.

Cons: The pump is difficult to press, and each pump dispenses less product compared to other pumps. The amount is adequate, but it's somewhat hard to press.

Other than that, I didn't experience any blemishes or other issues!
